ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court W.A.No.3893 of 2003 dated 13.10.2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
