SR.Nos.141174, 141183, 141167, 28227, 141185, 141171 of 2018 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the same acquisition, other batch of appeal suits were instituted and this Court passed a final order on 20.12.2019 in AS.No.949 to 952 of 2019.

2.That apart, the present appeals are also filed against the same award in respect of the acquisitions which all are connected with the order passed in the Appeal Suit in the above-stated case. Since these are the similar matters, this Court is inclined to consider the miscellaneous petitions. 3.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned in the present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions and the petitions are ordered. 16.02.2023 sha NOTE: The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 22.02.2023 under the caption "for admission".
