ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.20 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The petitioner has been added as A3 in the FIR. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and final report will be filed at any time.

4. This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.No.17157 of 2018 is closed.
