Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, villupuram once in a month until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11364 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.307 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.ANTONY JESUS, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR. V.SARATHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide its order dated 07.09.2017.

This Court by an earlier order dated 09.11.2017 had granted bail to the petitioner imposing condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week and subsequently by order dated 07.09.2017 it was modified that the petitioner shall appear before learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram on the first working day of every English Calender month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with regularly for more than a year and hence he seeks to modify the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has also acknowledged the above fact. In view of the above and having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 07.09.2017 that the petitioner shall appeal before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram on the first working day of every month, shall stand removed and deleted henceforth.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
