herein to pay the difference of the salary of the petitioner by fixing his salary, at Rs.5,000-150-8,000/-, as Selection Grade Driver, as on 25.03.1996 and also his salary, as Special Grade Driver as on 26.03.1996, as per the order vide Proc.No.6797/2010/E1, dated 11.03.2014, passed by the then Chief Conservator of Forests and Director, Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur, passed in implementation of the order of this Court dated 18.04.2012 and confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court, by its order, dated 09.10.2012 in W.A.No.2243 of 2012 and consequential revised scale of pension, on the basis of his representation dated 17.11.2018.
