The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that despite his efforts, he could not able to secure instructions from the writ petitioner for the purpose of getting along with the case and accordingly, he reported no instruction and filed a memo in USR No.38887, dated 25.11.2022.

2. Thus, the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
