(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to produce petitioner's daughter, Uma Rani, D/o.Ramasamy, aged 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the alleged detenue/daughter of the petitioner appeared along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
one Sakkarapani before the second respondent, who has caused their presence before this Court. She informs of having left the parental home on her own volition and that she is not under the illegal custody of anybody.
Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
