(1) dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.157 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dharmapuri, pending disposal of the above quash petition. (CRL.MP.17196/2018)

(2) stay all further proceedings in C.C.No.157 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dharmapuri, pending disposal of the above Quash Petition. (CRL.MP.14074/2018) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.24928 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner ( IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) AND OF MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st Respondent ( IN BOTH THE PETITIONS), the court made the following order:- In continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court on 29.10.2018, post this matter under the caption "immediately after admission" on 28.01.2019.
