ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue Miss. Divyasri, age 20 years, daughter of K.Gunasekaran, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently the detenue has married and the matter has been resolved between the parties and, therefore, no further orders are required.
