This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct the investigation and file final report in Crime No.345 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The F.I.R has been registered as a man missing case. The respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines issued by this Court in the reported Judgment of this Court in (2018) 2 LW (Crl) 636 (K.Sukumari Vs. Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar and others) and proceed further with the case and file the final report at the appropriate time.
