This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st

respondent pertaining to proceedings in No.AA:HR:TR:4 and that of the 2nd respondent in No.1001:HR:4151828 and quash the orders dated 10.12.2018 and 11.12.2018 respectively and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to re-transfer the petitioner to his original post as Executive Additional Engineer Grade-II, Out sourcing Department, Ranipet, Vellore.
