ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to admit the detenu namely Muthusaravanan, S/o. Govindtharaj Pandiyan, aged about 27 years, presently in the custody of the respondent, in any Government hospital enabling him to get treatment for his injury which he has sustained, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. From the record or proceedings, it appears that the petitioner has instituted number of legal proceedings against the detenu. This Court has also recorded, prima facie finding that the detenu has left in the company of the petitioner on his own volition. There also appears to be a case registered against the detenu by the third respondent police, on the complaint made by the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved especially when the petitioner is not willing to come before this Court. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
