O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2018 on the file of the Hon'ble Subordinate Court, Tirupathur to the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Trichy.

2. Respondent and petitioner are husband and wife. The respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce at Sub Court, Tirupathur.

3. From the pleadings, it is seen that the petitioner/wife is a resident of Trichy. She finds it difficult to travel from Trichy to Tirupathur for every hearing, causing inconvenience to her both physically and mentally and has also stated that there is another petition for Domestic Violence Case is also pending before Trichy. Hence, she seeks transfer of the case from Tirupathur to Trichy.

4. Considering the hardship caused to the petitioner/wife by travelling from Trichy to Tirupathur for every hearing, this Court is inclined to transfer the case from Sub-Court, Tirupathur to Family Court, Trichy.

5. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.147 of 2018 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Subordinate Court, Tirupathur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Trichy.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
