Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.11.2018 in Memo No.1035/BCDFGISSSV/2018 against the petitioner son Krishnakanth M/A, 28 son of Sivakumar who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent against the detenu herein, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.5608, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 21.12.2018 has also been passed.

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
