The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the representations filed by the petitioner dated 05.09.2018 & 17.09.2018 have been disposed of by the respondent vide proceedings No.9494/DCE/C2/2018-19/212 dated 22.02.2019 and as such nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take such action as may be appropriate in relation to order dated 22.02.2019, in accordance with law. No costs.
