Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Award passed by the First Additional Labour Court, Chennai, dated 22.08.2017 in I.D.No.285 of 2013 in respect of the relief of providing 10% annual increment on gross salary to all the workmen,
the payment of Rs.1,000/- p.m as House Rent Allowance to each of workmen and quash the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for the records relating to the Award passed by the First Additional Labour Court, Chennai, dated 22.08.2017 in I.D.No.285 of 2013 in respect of the relief of providing 10% annual increment on gross salary to all the workmen, the payment of Rs.1,000/- p.m as House Rent Allowance to each of workmen.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.M.Ramalingam, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
