ORDER

A perusal of the records reveals that the matter has been settled between the parties. However, in view of the mediation settlement, there is no specific clause to permit the petitioner to withdraw the accrued interest which is lying in the Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Thisaiyanvilai Branch, Thoothukudi. 2.

In view of the above, the Branch Manager, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Thisaiyanvilai Branch, Thoothukudi, is directed to release the accrued interest to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
