Today, Mr.S.Krishna Bharathi, Block Education Officer, Keelapavoor, Tenkasi District, is present on behalf of the second respondent. He submits that the benefits payable to the petitioner right from 02.02.2015, on the basis of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3155/Aa3/2018 dated 30.08.2022, would be settled within a period of four weeks.

2.Such statement is recorded. It is made clear that in the event of failure to settle the benefits within the said time frame, the second respondent viz., District Educational Officer, Mr.P.N.Shajakhan Khabir shall be present along with the Block Education Officer, before this Court on the next date of hearing.

3.Post this case after four weeks.
