Pending proceedings, the third respondent Tmt.Parameswari has passed away. Her husband Mr.Gajendran is already on record as second respondent.

2.These applications seek to bring on record the other legal heirs left behind by Tmt.Parameswari.

3.I have gone through the applications and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits. Both applications are ordered. The respondent Nos. 2, 4 to 6 are recorded as the legal heirs of the deceased third respondent Tmt.Parameswari. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
