O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking direction to the respondents herein to pay the terminal benefits with interest to the petitioner as per his representation made to the respondents on 10.08.2018.

2. The petitioner is the retired employee of the respondent corporation. He has retired from service on 31.12.2017. However, his retirement benefits has not yet been paid by the respondent. Hence the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent dated 10.08.2018,requesting the respondent to pay the retirement benefits, and the same has not yet been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.

3. Earlier, this Court in W.P(Md).No.2629 of 2015., directed the Transport Corporation to settle the retirement benefits to the retired employees in nine equal monthy instalments.

4. Accordingly, following the earlier order of this Court, the respondents are directed to settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner in twelve equal monthly instalments and the first of such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
