Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the 1st impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.A3/10786/05 dated 04.12.2008 and the subsequent 2nd impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.Ya2/23233/15 (Ni.A) dated 18.08.2015 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.Ya.2/23233/2015 (Ni.A) dated

14.02.2017 and quash these orders and consequently direct the respondents to retrospectively promote the petitioner to the post of Sub-Inspector of Survey with effect from 04.12.1971.
