O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.10.2018 seeking to remove the Horn Type Loud Speaker and Amplifiers used by the seventh respondent Mosque. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Inspector of Police, Valasaravakkam Police Station has already issued a notice to the seventh respondent directing him to remove the Loud Speaker by notice dated 25.10.2018. The learned counsel also submitted that the concerned Police has already taken action and no separate orders need to be passed in this writ petition.
