Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to device appropriate, rational and sustainable package rates for the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme (TNCMCHI Scheme) by adopting the IMA NHB Tamil Nadu Hospital Study Report 2018 so as to ensure that sustainability of all stakeholders engaged in the said scheme is safeguarded. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made the following endorsement in the Court bundle.
