PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's business operation at Vaasi Palaze, Plot No.3, CMDA New Town Centre, Kattankulathur, Chennai-Kancheepuram District - 603 203 or harass the petitioner in any manner forcing the petitioner and its employees to close the establishment after 11 p.m. except by due process of law.

The petitioner has filed this petition, to direct the respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's business operation or harass the petitioner in any manner forcing the petitioner and its employees to close the establishment after 11 p.m. except by due process of law.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 26.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 02.07.2021. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 28.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
