O R D E R

It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Inspector of Police, Mettur, who is a necessary party, had not been impleaded as Respondent in the Writ Petition filed for de-sealing the premises of the clinic run by the Petitioner and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition by adding necessary parties with proper pleadings and he has also given a letter dated 27.06.2019 to that effect, apart from making an endorsement, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
