(NA.KA.A3/3066 OF 2016.) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M bending revision in Crl.MP.No.12838 of 2018 in Crl.RC.No.1569 of 2016 dt.1.12.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.G.HARIHARA ARUN SOMASANKAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, vide its order dated 01.12.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.12838 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1569 of 2016, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending disposal of the revision case.

2.Earlier, while suspending the sentence, this Court has imposed condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., vide its order dated 01.12.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.12838 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1569 of 2016. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused that the said condition has been duly complied with by the petitioner/accused. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 3.In view of the above said fact, the condition imposed for appearance of the petitioner/accused before the respondent on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first working day of every month 10.30 a.m., shall stand deleted and this petition is allowed.
