Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the first respondent herein and made in No.92/B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V/2018 dated 14.11.2018 and to set aside the same and directing the first respondent to produce the detenue, the husband of the petitioner, Thiru.Vincent, aged 48 years, S/o.Joshwa now confined in Central prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and thereby set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent against the detenu herein, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.5610, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 21.12.2018 has also been passed.

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
