ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.G.K.Sekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

encroachments have been made in S.Nos. 345, 279, 280, 281, 292, 304 and 227, situated at Thirukkalukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

3. The Tahsildar has filed an affidavit stating that there are subdivisions and in all the sub-divisions, patta is issued in favour of 125 residential plot owners.

4. The patta is already issued in respect of the aforesaid survey numbers and if the petitioner has any grievance with the issuance of patta, remedy is available under the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
