By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his application dated 19.11.2018 and issue separate patta in his favour based on the measurement plan given by the Revenue Firka Surveyor, with regard to the land in survey No.218/1, 1A, in

Sankarapuram, 53/2A, 54/12 situated at Kattuvannanjur Village, Sangarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District and demarcate the same. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted an application on 19.11.2018 to the third respondent along with all documents to measure the land and he has also paid necessary fees for the same.
