ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made representation on 03.12.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to delete the name of 3rd respondent in column No.7 of the death certificate dated 03.09.2018, issued by 2nd respondent and to incorporate the name of the petitioner in that place as wife of deceased Velayutham, but no order has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed in the said representation. Hence the petitioner is before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate, Pondicherry would submit that the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 3.The prayer in the writ petition is for limited scope, therefore, this Court is inclined to direct 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and after providing opportunity to the third respondent and pass appropriate orders as early as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
