J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Ms.Durga V.Bhatt, learned counsel for the Plaintiff sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit and she has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to the following effect:

"Upon written instructions received from the Plaintiff, we may be permitted to withdraw the suit. The Plaintiff does not insist on return of court fee."

2. In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Original Application Nos.1155 and 1156 of 2018 are closed. 08.02.2019 Index :
