ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to return the keys of petitioner's shop. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered an FIR in Crime No.870 of 2018, for an offence under Sections 408 and 506 (i) of IPC on 16.12.2018. With regard to the return of keys sought for by the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the 4th respondent in that regard and the 4th respondent will take appropriate action immediately.

3. In view of this development, no further orders need to be passed in this petition. The petitioner is directed to appear before the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent shall immediately take a decision on handing over the keys of the petitioner's shop after conducting the enquiry.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
