This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.612 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Submitted that during pendency of this petition, the FIR in Cr.No.612 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Velur Police Station, Namakkal District, has been transferred to the All Women Police Station, Kulithalai on 28.12.2019. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
