O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.669 of 2017 pending on the file Sub-Court, Poonamallee to the file of IV Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. The 1st Respondent and petitioner are husband and wife. The 1st respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce before the Sub-Court, Poonamallee and the petitioner/wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before IV Additional Family Court, Chennai and also filed a petition for maintenance before the same Court. Petitioner/wife has stated that she finds it difficult to travel to Sub-Court, Poonamallee and hence, she has filed the present petition.

Considering the pendency of petition for restitution of conjugal rights as well as petition for maintenance before IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai and also considering the convenience of the petitioner/wife, H.M.O.P.No.669 of 2017 pending on the file Sub-Court, Poonamallee is withdrawn and transferred to the file of IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai. The IV Additional Family Judge, Chennai, is directed to renumber the case and issue notice to the parties and dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
