This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing the sub inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai-7 to recall/cancel the look out circular issued against the petitioner before the immigration authorities in Cr.No.479 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team III, Vepery, Chennai-7. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition directing the sub inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai-7 to recall/cancel the look out circular issued against the petitioner before the immigration authorities in Cr.No.479 of 2009.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this case, the look out circular issued against the petitioner has been expired and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Petition is closed.
