Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.824 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner by Judgment dt.3.12.2018 passed in Special S.C.No.18 of 2016 On the file of the Session Judge and Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai and enlarge the Petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.824 of 2018 [CRL.M.P.No.17237 of 2018 ] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.824 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KRISHNAMOORTHY,Advocate for the petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this court expressed its intention to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
