2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the earlier conditions of this Court and that there are no previous cases as against the petitioner.

4. In the light of the submissions made, the condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 03.06.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6348 of in Crl.O.P.No.29525 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent herein in connection with the investigation in Cr.No.1003 of 2018 as and when required for interrogation.
