This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to furnish NOC to the petitioner in respect of his missing vehicle namely TATA Indica Car bearing registration TN-22-DD-8689.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for before this Court, the respondent police is directed to furnish No Objection Certificate to the petitioner with regard to his missing vehicle, if it is not already been traced, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
