Pradakshna, born on 1.3.2004 currently aged about 14 years and 8 months, and 2. Prasidda, born on 10.08.2013, currently aged about 5 years and 4 months.
A. No.9895 of 2018 Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of injunction restraining the respondent from in any manner disturbing the custody of the minor children 1.Pradakshna (14 years) & 2.Prassida (5 years) from the custody and care of the petitioner pending disposal of the above OP.
This Original Petition along with Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner who is the mother of the minor children Pradakshna and Prassida aged about 14 years and 5 years respectively has filed the main Original Petition seeking a declaration that she is the guardian of the minor children and for permanent custody of the minor children.
2. The parties have entered into a memorandum of compromise and a joint memorandum of compromise signed by the parties as well as the counsel has been filed.
3. As per the said memorandum, the respondent/ father had agreed that the petitioner/ mother of the minor children shall be the guardian and she shall also have custody of the minor children. The compromise memo also contains a clause relating to visitation rights of the minor children.
4. The said compromise is recorded and the Original Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. The joint memorandum of compromise filed by the parties shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected Application is also closed.
