PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents herein to not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
are arrayed as A1 to A5 in Crime No.618 of 2018 and investigation is pending before respondent police.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
