PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 thereby directing the first respondent to cancel the patta No.73 dated 08.02.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent in the name of 3rd respondent within a stipulated period of time and issue patta in the name of the petitioner. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal filed against the order passed by the Tahsildar .

2. According to the petitioner, against the order passed by the second respondent, he has filed an appeal before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent on 11.04.2017 and the first respondent taken the appeal on file and issued notice to the concerned authorities and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry on 27.06.2017 and on that day, an enquiry was conducted and so far, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that since now the enquiry has already commenced, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
