2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has to make payment through online.

3. The petitioner is permitted to remit the amount to the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to proceed further to return the title deeds, in accordance with law.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
