ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the enquiry officer concluded the enquiry and submitted his report. The writ petitioner has already been submitted his further representation/objections to the findings of the enquiry report and the final order is yet to be passed by the departmental authorities.

2.Under these circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the materials available on record and pass final orders on the departmental disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
