CR.NO.2/AC/200) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the present condition is that the petitioner to report and to sign on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m before the learned Special Judge, (Special Court for Trial of cases under the prevention of Corruption Act), Salem on 23.05.2017 in Spl.C.C.No.19 of 2014, the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court CRL.MP.NO.7142 of 2017 in C.A.NO.305 of 2017 dated 12/06/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.BASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7142 2017 in Crl.A.No.305 of 2017 on 12.06.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.7142 2017 in Crl.A.No.305 of 2017 on 12.06.2017 is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner will make himself available, as and when required by the respondent.
