Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents herein to police protection to erect transmission Tower and to do electrical works and to do maintenances work of tower at roof top space admeasuring about 500 sq.ft. In the terrace and open space about 100 sq.ft in the ground comprised in T.S.71 Part, Block No.7, bearing door No.470, Thiru.Vi.Ka Nagar, Peravallur Village, Perambur - Purasawakkam Taluk, Chennai District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 12.11.2018 seeking for a police protection. This representation is not considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to call the parties and conduct an enquiry and take further action in accordance with law. It is made clear that if the second respondent finds that the issue is civil in nature, the second respondent police shall relegate the parties to the appropriate Civil Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
