Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Manadamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 06.12.2018 in C. No. IV/16/265/2016-ST 04/03 passed by the First Respondent and to quash the same and to direct the First Respondent to de-freeze the account of the Petitioner Company maintained with the Second Respondent Bank.

(through video conference) It is brought to notice by the Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent that the Order in C. No. IV/16/265/2016-ST 04/03 dated 06.12.2018 passed by the First Respondent, which is impugned in this Writ Petition, has been subsequently withdrawn by Order in C. No. IV/16/265/2010-ST0403 dated 28.12.2018 passed by the First Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. 2.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has filed a memo dated 04.12.2020 to that effect through email, which is placed on record. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
