[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to first respondent to produce the detenue viz., Saranya, wife of the petitioner herein, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Detenue has been produced by her father, second respondent. Petitioner has sought production of his wife. Detenue informs that she and petitioner having fallen in love had entered upon marriage. Towards convincing her parents to accept the petitioner she had gone over to her parental home on 06.12.2018. Detenue further informs that she is unable to convince her parents and wishes to return to the matrimonial home. Petitioner/her husband is present.

Recording such position, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
