This petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking to implead the Commissioner, Kattankulathur Panchayat Union, Kattankulathur as 8th respondent in the Writ Petition.

The learned Government Pleader (i/c) states that he will be appearing for proposed Respondent No.8 and he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.
