O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision case with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for return of the property and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for return of the property, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7595 of 2018, dated 24.09.2018.
