ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant University would submit that the order dated 26.10.2018, sought to be reviewed, has already been implemented and the certificate was issued to the first respondent on 01.08.2019.

2. No doubt, certain grounds are raised, which deserve further adjudication based on the legal position. Therefore, the order sought to be reviewed cannot be cited as a precedent for other cases, wherein the appellant University is entitled to argue the grounds on its own merits.

3. The review petition, as such, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3947 of 2019 is closed.
